Broadband alternatives to iBurst

I currently have an uncapped iBurst connection, costing me in the region of R500 a month for a supposedly 2Mbps connection.

Are there any non-fixed line uncapped options which offer higher speeds at roughly the same cost, possibly slightly higher?

Although there is a Telkom exchange right outside my complex, Telkom advised that there are no lines, that they will not install copper lines, and that the area I stay in isn't even in the planning phase to roll out Fibre to, at least for the short to medium future.

I have very limited options (that I am aware of) for uncapped broadband without fixed lines. Does anyone know of any other service I might not know of?
