Can anybody tell me straight out or where to look for information as to the broadband availability in the following African nations?

Benin, Niger, Guinea, Mali, Congo

Failing that those nations have any sort of stable connectivity, how about:

Senegal or Cote d'Ivoire?

No, not exactly, trying to figure out where the best broadband internet access is in the poorer areas of the Earth. Preferably cabled/constant connection versus satellite and spotty.
