Broadband value in SA improving, if only a little

I would be interested to know how many of the top 10 countries were subjected to any of the forms of LLU that were being considered in South Africa (until ICASA decided to listen to Telkom's lies about the mythical Access Line Deficit which is easily solved by firing about 5000 useless Telkom employees).
