Lately I find that, whatever kind of cookie/biscuit I buy, once you open the package, they are broken :( The delivery guys must really be throwing these boxes around !

I was wondering if there is no other way of packing that would prevent this from happening.

PS: No, I am not gonna bake my own biscuits at home; don't have time for that :)

its why those danish tinned sugar biscuit things are the way to go....hmmmmm,,....

I have the same problem with my glasses. Each time I buy a box of glasses they turn out to be broken.

I only use plastic cups now.

i gave up being nice with things like this, if i am buying something potentially breakable i get them to open it all up in the store...

lol, :)

i firmly believe there is only 1 chick on here, with several different alias'es so yes, they are the same

Sorry Mila :o :o

maybe TK land is messing with me :)

just call the customer care line (i assume it's national brands)
they will probably refund you the pack.
you'll probably need to give the batch number, store and date of purchase, so they can follow up on the delivery people.

if you think broken cookies is a problem, look what i found in my royal cream the other day...

to be honest, its not really about getting money back....i also find it annoying when biscuits are broken and all mashed up...their packaging sucks and it should be rectified...

As for ur biscuit ....that bothers me...

i'm with you...
i definitely remember more biscuits having a corrugated paper insert in the past.
