Broken internet in Cape Town

I'm in Plumstead, and I've had intermitten disconnections over the past two days. Now it seems half the internet just isn't working.

I'm on deadline. I'm supposed to be online to liaise with my editors. I can't even sign into Gtalk or load Google. Nobody answers the iBurst help line. I'm pissed off.

I'd also like to know who I can bill for my wasted time. Thanks.

There was serious international connection problems yesterday until 6pm, it could have been that.

Otherwise, how is your signal in general? What type of modem do you have? I have desktop modem and move it until I get 4-5 lights.
