Broken S3 Mini Glass/Digitizer/LCD

As title....initially the Screen fell and cracked....and cracked...and cracked....to the point where it was largely unsuable.

So I purchased the glass along with kit and hairdried the glass off....but this black film thing came along with it....now the screen is silver and mirrorish. is it just the glass & digitizer thing? do I need a new lcd?

If nobody knows what I'm talking about.....kindly direct me to places in Cape Town that can identify.

I think you need a new LCD, the digitizer and lcd come as one complete installation. I recently got my Note 2 done by the guy below. He replaced the whole LCD in about 20 min. Works perfectly now.

This is exactly what I did....spent about 2 1/2 hours watching videos.

I'll get it checked out properly this week.
