Browser Cache

Hi all,

I just uploaded a new version of a website I'm maintaining and most people tell me that they keep seeing the old page version when visiting the site. Now of course we can all do a simple page refresh and the new site will display, but a lot of the people that visit the site aren't at all tech savvy and might not know how to do this.

Is there a way that I can design the site so that it will always display the latest updated version, without having to clear the browser cache manually?
