I am running vista 64 and whenever I try watch a video on you tube or any other site using flash player, my Browser crashes...It happens with Opera, IE and FF....Any ideas why?

maybe try flash player 64-bit?

Adobe Flash Player is not supported for playback in a 64-bit browser. However, you can run Flash Player in a 32-bit browser running on a 64-bit operating system.

Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following Flash Player 10.

Another thing, when viewing a flash website it is fine, it is only when watching a video on flash player, crashes every time.

Probably unrelated, but do you have Real Player installed? I've experienced a number of browser (FF3) crashes since installing Real Player when viewing youtube videos.

I have the same problem on YouTube with FF 3.0.4 on Vista 32bit. The browser doesn't crash, it just hangs for about 30-odd seconds before continuing. It only happens when you switch between pages with different video's.

Only hangs on FF, not on IE.

Strange, mine just crashes as flash loads, and in all browsers...It is really irritating.
