For those that is having problems with the icons missing. Try the following and post here if you still dont have it working:
1. go toL options -> advance -> service books.
2. hold alt key down and type sbeb (should say legacy enable)
3. log in to bis email website, resend service books.
Just did this on mine after upgrading my os to a new version and it is working hundres !!
