Browsing problems

I can browse .co.za sites but not .com sites.
I use win xp pro on an adsl connection.
Have scanned the pc for spyware and virusses.
What can cause this problem?

Are you on ADSL? If so are you capped?

Either that or the international link your ISP is using could be down.

Edit: ok I see you're on ADSL, sorry not enough coffee

Have not checked the cap.

Well that's a good place to start. Or check under the ADSL section here if there is a general problem with international, it's mostly likely not a hardware/software problem.
