Brutech.co.za

Just my 2c,

1. Some of your menu links open in new tabs, e.g. https://www.brutech.co.za/shop/software/

2. I'd put the menu on the top left and the logo on the top right. Your user's eyes will typically first focus on the top left of a webpage as English is a left-to-right language - just think about when you open a book or a menu at a restaurant. It's not critical but its something I noticed after 4yrs of doing software localization.
Thank you for the feedback :D

That is really interesting to know :) Will make the proper adjustments :D

They need to rebuild it from the ground up in my opinion.

Keep it clean and simple. Many will agree that if a website isnt easy to operate at first glance then they are going to close that web page as fast as possible and click on another link in google. One product per scroll is a big no no.
There is no need to. They just need to use a clean and light theme, have proper caching in place and that site should fly.

I have bought from them, great guys. They were really helpful on the phone and they did fast delivery.

These dudes have a 3060 ti for R9.8k. That's a pretty good deal.

They got the ban hammer on Carb.
Insane how people don't value their time spent and keeping a business going.
These type of scams break the trust of e-commerce in this country. And there are small online stores that are worth their salt. Behavior and theft like this is inexcusable.

Evetech also got banned on Carb due to their questionable warranty practices.
Didn't stop them.

I agree 100% with everything you said though.

Yep. I know about Evetech :)
It's good that Carb puts their foot down.
I haven't and won't buy from Evetech due to their actions and no care attitude. So whatever these people might think, customers read and comprehend and choose to stay away.

When Bitmart declined and requested a refund, Brutech went to its supplier to request a refund and was told that if they take their money back they would lose their spot in the backorder queue.
What a crap excuse.

Rather lose the place in the queue and save your Business.

None.

Answer based on over 20 years experience in channel, and almost 20 with that particular supplier.
Read through the Carbonite thread now. Yea no, there is no way that specific supplier would request payment upfront.
