Anyone used these guys for the FTTH offerings?
 
Given the lack of response I think it is clear that this ISP is best avoided :laugh: Wasn't happy with their obfuscation around whether contract based or not and even less so on their AUP limitations.
 
I just had Bsit install 100Mbps FTTH. Guys were professional and the speed is stable. Support answered in 30 seconds when i called to request PPPoE username and password. I have tested YouTube, Netflix, file downloads and online gaming. All passed with flying colours. I can happily recommend them.

Just a follow up to my Bsit comment from September 2019. 8 months later and still solid. Have not had any down time or slowless in the 8 months even in very high usage months. Can't really comment on customer support as to be honest I haven't needed to contact them so far. 5 Stars
