BSOD Vertex 3 SSD

Started having these on my machine, running my Vertex 3 SSD.
How do I read the mindump to find out whats causing this??

All I can see is this:

Is your SSD updated to the latest firmware release?

I remember there were problems with BSOD's on the Vertex 3 (and Sandforce based chip-sets in general) due to the drive going in to power saving mode and not waking up when it was supposed to.
