Is it possible for a pc to blue screen of the boot order is incorrect? The primary drive is not listed in the boot order, only the slave, but it boots into windows nevertheless. Could this cause blue screens in some situations when some applications are run? Windows picks up the primary drive with the installation of windows as D:\ drive

No, boot order is not the problem. Likely causes are incorrect settings for memory, or not enough power getting to components (flaky PSU).
