Anybody tried ordering pre-played games online with BT Games? How long did it take to get your games and how was the service?

I've only ever pre-ordered and then picked up ....... but I've heard through the grapevine that it's roughly the same as other online stores (a week or so?)

they deliver pre orders the next day ! im a regular customer for that
