does anyone know how long BT games takes before notifying you if they have stock of something, tried 2 orders yesterday different email addresses, thought it was automatic.

At most 1 working day. If you have any issues you should contact adrian. He is in charge of orders. His email is on the site. Won't respond today though, head office only works during weekdays.
