The RAM and motherboard I'm happy with.

1. CPU: Not sure - wondering if I can shave some cost off by going with an i3 (given what I currently have)
2. Heatsink - Not going to be overclocking, you guys think I could get away with one of the Zalman's? (1/2 the price)

Also, what power supply do you recommend?

I ended up using this exact same CPU with the stock cooler. It's very quiet, and I can not recommended an aftermarket cooler seeing as this is not a K CPU so you will not be overclocking at all. I also agree that the MoBo, will probably be overkill for the CPU.

You should be fine with a 500 - 600 Watt PSU. I'm a big Corsair PSU fan boy so I would recommend a GS500 or CX500.

Bugger - nothing from them yet - hope it doesn't mean that they don't have stock.

Really want to build this sucker before the end of the weekend.

Yeah with both Rebeltech and Wootware the reality is that you're saving a lot - but you're also gambling on whether or not they've got everything you've ordered, haha. Still worth it though really; hope you hear back soon.
