Budget gaming laptop

I want to buy a nice budget gaming laptop, I have been looking at a few options from Amazon but I would like to get one from retailer here in SA. If anyone have suggestions for laptop that at is FHD and can run games at 1080p/60. My budget is about R13000. Thanks
 
Rather tell us what games you intend on playing (a lot easier to run Minecraft/Heartstone at 1080p 60fps then let’s say Witcher 3/ MW
 
Firstly Look on Carbonite if you're willing to go second hand.
 
You need to define what kind of games, and you're probably going to end up going the second hand route.
 
That's a tight budget for a gaming laptop.
Wootbooks are pretty cheap.
 
I would mostly play modern type of games like Tomb raider or newer FPS but I know for my budget ultra settings is a bridge to far so maybe medium to high is better for me.
 
I was looking at Lenovo ideapad L340 i5 R12999 on Evetech or Dell G3 i5 same price at incredible connection. Are these laptops any good?
 
I like the lenovo. Understated and doesn't look like a Christmas tree.
 
If your main goal is playing FPS games buy a PS4 Pro and a 4K monitor ( console games are starting to support keyboard and mouse ) you get way more bang for your buck considering you won’t have to worry about upgrading your console to run a certain game . Ps5 is also a good option if you can wait a year
 
Already have PS4 pro bought this time last year but my current laptop is a 5 year old Samsung Celeron dinosaur so I need to upgrade, bonus next year will sort out the PS5 upgrade.
 
If the game supports it I'm happy but your Cronus is a R3k cheat otherwise. It just spoils the games for the rest of us.
 
Anyone know if the Dell G5 i5-9300hq gtx 1650 is any good, it's R12999 at incredible connection. On Amazon it's 3.5/5.0 rating with dual channel memory support but Lenovo L340 with no dual channel memory gets 4.0/5.0. Which is the better options you guys think.
