Buffalo Logistics: Delays

Hi Guys
Anyone else experience delays from Buffalo Logistics?
Have two parcels that was cleared on 30 Dec 2020 and no movement since then.

Reply on my email:

"Your parcel has arrived in our warehouse and will be dispatched as soon as possible, Unfortunately there has been a delay with the couriers due an increase in volume and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience."
 
Yup same here - have a few that is stuck on "Inbound manifest to hub". But seriously - for the price you are paying its not too bad. They're usually quicker from China than Aramex tends to be from Amazon...

Also been stuck on Inbound Manifest to Hub since Monday. Here's hoping they get a scoot on this week.
 
Happened to me. My parcel took about a month to get to me after I got the same message.
 
I got this reply when I emailed them :


This parcel has arrived at Buffalo and the parcel is being queued for dispatch -

"Within the past 72 hours of closure, Buffalo confirms a positive Covid case from a staff member. Our warehouse is undergoing a full precautionary treatment of disinfection. Operations will resume on Monday the 11th with the processing and dispatching of all parcels. Collections will however be monitored under strict regulations. Thanking all for your patience over the past 72 hours, allowing us to monitor all staff and preventing further infections. Yvonne Sheppard - General Manager"
 
And so Buffalo handed one of my parcels over to Paxi this means that I will only receive this parcel next week.
 
Nada on mine, still sitting on 'tax paid' but this is from the 6th Jan, so, just about a week now, not as long as some of you okes have been waiting
 
Terrible service almost 10 days since it was dispatched and you still haven't received your parcels

Pre lock down I only had 100% awesome service from Buffalo Logisitcs and I ordered every month.

I wonder what happened now?

Likewise. This is also the first time my parcels are going to my nearest PEP rather than to my door (and I've used them roughly 20 times).

You'd think with COVID in play they'd be less likely to expect their customers to go to a shop to collect.

Yeah I also had 1 parcel go to my PEP store branch in June, took me 2 days to find that PEP store. Google showed them 1.5km away from where they actually were :oops:
 
Yeah they started this whole PEP thing again. Makes me very sad. I need to drive into town to get my parcel. Anyone in Cape Town who has tried to park in Strand street near Adderley knows the pain.
