Buffalo Logistics: Delays

I still have two parcels that shows "inbound manifest to hub" one since 04 Jan 2021 and the other 05 Jan 2021, however the parcel that was processed on 12 Jan 2021 were dispatched yesterday (Paxi courier) and that doesn't makes sense to me.

Maybe they're working from the top of the pile, and the old parcels are stuck at the bottom :unsure:
 
Must admit my latest package also came in using Paxi. NOT a fan. If this keeps up I may actually use Banggood less.
 
lol these people does not know what delivery service they want to use. I see my package is on its way to shoe city near me no wonder they stuff takes so long these days
 
Yeah. Last year everything used fastway to my door, a pleasure to deal with.
Now this year, everything go with pax to PEP. Annoying to have to go pick it up.

Have to now reconsider how useful buffalo is...

I just saw this kak now.

WTF is this, I wrote back to them saying I will invoice them for my petrol and want that to be applied as a credit to my account.

Good luck, they don't give a f#ck. They did this before, I sent a message saying, WHY? They said they didn't have provider they liked but it'll be restored soon. But now we are back to Pep, so I think the reality is, they want more profit and Pep is an easy way to get that

I did the same and was given some BS about the couriers being hijacked too often.
 
Another parcel safe and sound at my doorstep about 15 days or so
 
Hi I have two orders that I haven't received and it's past the due date now
Those parcels a very important cause they are bridesmaids shoes and the bride's shoes for this Saturday I'm so stressed right now
 
Howzit yall. Recently I bought a piece of audio equipment from an overseas seller and it arrived in SA using Buffalo. Yesterday morning I was told my package would arrive within 48 hours and that it has been dispatched.
However when I tracked the package a few minutes ago I am faced with a tab that says "Return! reason:Misoperation." as shown here. Anyone have any idea what this means or when is that package getting into my hands????? I cannot seem to find answers anywhere else.

My package has been on in transit for days without any change I tried to send emails/ calls but no reply

How long does it take for them to deliver after paying tax??

End to end, it takes almost a month to get my parcel in Cape Town with Buffalo.
I'm using post-office again, they take about the same time and costs far less.
 
Hi Guys
Please help. In error I overpaid by nearly R4000 on my import tax and I have had no luck claiming that money back. Buffalo logistics is just not answering any emails.
I have no idea what to do
