I know Telkom is following these forums with hawk eyes.

Rather than wasting hours with helpdesk idiots, let me post it here:

Dear Telkom,

I used to have one of your 3GB packages.

I cancelled and got my self a 30GB package from Axxess.

I had my 3GB package setup to mail me my bandwidth usage each and every day. Although I've cancelled, you are still filling my inbox with a daily report.

Please update your software to cancel this service as well when an account is cancelled.

Ok - I've just realised that you are using SAP, and will require a few weeks of terribly expensive consultants to achive such a minor goal.
 
If Telkom really watches this forum with hawk eyes, then let me add this:

Dear Telkom Employee

I loath your company and everything it stands for with every fibre of my being. There are in fact no words to describe it, and I can't believe that you can sleep at night. You work for such a sickeningly corrupt and profiteering company, full of arrogance and lies. Telkom is not this way by chance. YOU and your colleagues foster a culture that perpetuates this corporate attitude. By doing nothing to change it, you are passively condoning it.

Are you aware that there is a counter-culture of people who actively despise and hate you. By that I don't merely mean that we just think you are expensive; we HATE you. Are you aware that as soon as the SNO is in place, you will lose a large majority of your DSL userbase simply because the SNO is not Telkom. I would think that at the very least, you'd try to look after your own interests and try to keep us loyal.

Clearly though, no words from you customers are ever heard. But just know that your day will come.
