The new website have a problem on the MS Edge Browser.
If the width of your browser is too small it will not show the comments when you click on the button to show the comments. If you resize the browser slightly it will suddenly refresh and show it.
To replicate, just resize your browser to the minimum width and load an article.
Can be reproduced on Edge for Windows 10 PC and Mobile. (On mobile changing the orientation to horizontal and back fixes it too)
