Build Advice Help Please

Howsit guys,

I Have not been up to date with hardware prices etc lately and a friend of mine wants to build up a PC . He doesnt want to play games or anything but would like to watch movies, burn cd's etc . . . Basic uses. So basicaly he needs a CPU, Motherboard, Ram, Case, HDD, no PSU or key boards etc . . . But would also like a 19'' Screen possibly . . . Budget is around R4000, so the cheaper the better. Another thing he wants me to build it up for him on saturday so it would preferably need to be from a walk in shop around randburg
