Building a Server

I need some advise here please all!

We are in desperate need of a new development server (not a HP or Dell or something like that, as I just bought a new HP for the prod environment). I basically need to 'build' one like one would do with a normal desktop PC.

How do I go about it, where do I look for the hardware?

Needed:
Dual Pentium (3.2/3.8 Pref)
6 SCSCI drives (2 for OS (RAID) and 4 for Database/application (also RAID))
At least 2Gb of RAM (Pref 4Gb)

Any ideas, please?

i do not recommend mecer to anyone, but they will allow you to do it!

ettubrute: I wanna stay away from 'name brands' like DELL or HP (can't afford another R400k out the budget). So yeah, anything goes at this stage ... top limit (otherwise we can't bypass channels ) R60k. I know its not alot, but I am sure I can find something
