have you tried looking for some tutorials on Microsoft virtual academy?

Active directory can get very complicated very quickly and, when done incorrectly, can fast find you in a whole world of hurt.

Azure active directory was released just over a year ago and introduces its own complications.

I would strongly advise that you take the official Microsoft training courses and, if necessary, be prepared to pay for some consultancy to get you going.

Finally, this may help: http://blogs.technet.com/b/keithmayer/archive/2013/04/09/step-by-step-provisioning-windows-azure-active-directory-free-for-production-use.aspx

I'm not too familiar with what's happening in the Azure AD space, but I don't think it's possible to connect office PCs to an Azure AD for login and group policy. The domain controller needs to be on the same network and can be federated / replicated from Azure, but the office PCs would need a domain controller on the same network.

That was my understanding, but then I'm also not familiar with Azure AD.

EDIT: Spoke to someone that I know at Microsoft. If (big "if" :)) I explained the requirements correctly this is not yet possible, though it should be at some time in the future.

Spin up a VM in Azure install ADSS then setup a site to site ipsec tunnel this is not too complicated.

The answers are there on Microsoft's virtual academy,

I have a MCS, MCTS, MCSA & MCSE self taught from online books and Microsoft's virtual academy.
