Building PC, 2 questions pls

Hi, been a while since I built my last PC. A few things have changed.

Got some magnetic ring, where the hell u put this thing?

And the PSU has a huge fan on the top or bottom, not at the back as usual. When you mount it, the fan must point down right? That seems logical guess, but I could be wrong?

Fan at bottom(if PSU mounted on top of case).....sucks air in from case....pushes out back
