I was not sure how to post this! Here goes. Sometimes I have these days when I'm gassx the whole day. Normally I can walk away and let go. But like last night and today we have guests at home, and I cant let go. I've come to the point where I asked if I can pls go for a quick nap, just for some alone time, because it hurts like hell.

Why can it be that one is some days so windy, and not the next? And what medison can I take to get relieve?

What's going on here today? First we have a guy who can't stop peeing and now a guy who can't stop farting.

Try and work out what it is that's gassing you up and cut it out or at least reduce. Note what you're eating for a month, note the days when it's bad, then put them both together and voila. Even using a tracker app like myfitnesspal is a good idea to keep it interesting.

It seems to be bread for me

Do you have IBS?

Bread, biscuits, pies, roti/wraps, Naan from the indian restuarants. That's mostly what troubles me. I hardly eat those things but sometimes do indulge but not for supper, then I struggle to sleep.

And also spicy foods and masala foods.

When it does trouble me, I drink lots of water and try to burp it out. I sometimes get a pain in my chest on my left side and after I burp the pain goes away.

Oh, and cut down on coffee consumption.

Haha.. Oh and it's likely diet related, so I guess figure out what's making you gaseous

Sorry guys, guests just go home now, what relief! I'm not into this weekend guests any more....,

But, let me reply.

Why don;t you just step outside or go to the bathroom?
I tried a couple of times, but when I get there, all the gasses are gone, its just how it works.

I tried to think of what it can be, but the only thing I had other than the normal, was red grape tiser. The rest was quite the normal, steak, chops, chips, etc. Come to think of it, it actually started a few days ago. But my wife bought the grape tiser a few days ago, and I downed a few glasses. I dont know, maybe it is it? It never actually made me any thing in the past though.

I will def try the water, maybe it helps me too.

Eat less onions.
I know onions are not my best friend, so I dont actually eat onions much.

It all stopped yesterday afternoon, luckily, because it is very uncomfortable while having friends over for a whole week end.

Thanks for all the replies.

Did she buy the Plastic bottles?

You haven't tried canderel chocolate recently have you? The sugar alcohols in there are seriously gas inducing

I know what it's like. Sometimes I think I can start a methane production facility at home and power it myself.

I've found whilst reshaping my life and diet that cutting out bread, milk and sugar has drastically reduced it.
I now notice if i have a coffee with milk it starts acting up again.
