Bulk E-Mailing Software

Hi All,

Any suggestions as to what 'Bulk E-mailing Software' I should be looking at?

Our outsourced IT company is to slow in getting e-mail shots done for us.
I would like try keep this process internal for now.

I am looking for something that is very easy to use.

Any ideas?

Do you have your own mail server or are you wanting someone else to send the mail?
