Bulletin board on Sentech

What use is a Forum when you cannot post? This just proves the point why Sentech sucks. They don't know the difference between a Forum and an Announcements Page. "We are not an ISP..." still rings in my ears.

ok, so now they have made it clear, as Sentech we can screw you which ever way we choose whenever we choose and if you dont like it we could make you pay more !

They should send a tub of KY jelly to all clients, with their AUP

I dont get how the major abusers (typically 512k'ers) will be charged more (at what rate?) and what do you get upgraded to if you have 512kbps? How can this be a solution? "Oh you are downloading 2.4GB a day, lets double that - now you are on 512kbps"

Has anybody mailed that fair use address to ask how many MB we *may* download a week? All Im saying is that why dont they go ahead and contact those abusers instead of making out like every Sentech MyWireless user is abusing the bandwidth.

How can an abusive user limit my email download speed and the speed at which I can open their very own forum pages? I dont get it.. Cant they please announce that there is actually something wrong on their network? Whats the point of showing us more copy-and-paste rubbish.
 
Yes I agree with greedyflyza - if sentech posts about network abuse they must quantify the statement

eg 128k - 600MB p/day
256k - 1.2GB p/day
512k - 2.4GB p/day

otherwise that statement does not make any sense and can be turned into their favour at any time... and YES ppl didn't get this service just to browse the freekin internet. [:(!]
 
Yes, they are the perfect company doing nothing wrong. Somehow the moaning customers are messing it up. Its a perfect system and there is just not enough bandwidth (why?). This is the mission statement of Sentech.

Oh well, I guess by them calling in IPW they are admitting a slight problem with the network. They may be scared that if they admit uselessness, they will have to refund a whole stack of money. Shame.

I personally dont see it getting better. Like they really are going to cut their profit margin and by more bandwidth from Telkom? yeah right.. thought so.
