Hehe!
Proper running rugby by the Kwaste!
So where are the Lion's girls? Or must I go to the other thread?![]()
The Sad thing is that Olivier will ten to one start as the bulls are at times a bit slow to react.
I think this week the bulls will have a VERY tough line out session as they were bullied by the lions at an aspect that should be one of their strong points.
I know they will probably pick Olivier ahead of Serfontein based on that stupid excuse of experience but on Saturday we all agreed that Serfontein was miles ahead of Olivier at this stage. Quicker, stronger, more skills and reads the game so much better.
Lineouts only went haywire in the second half and Frans Ludeke admitted at the post match presser that they will work on it.
Very few of the players that started in Soweto will play against the Cheetahs in Polokwane this weekend.
Lions captain JC Janse van Rensburg was full of praise for the Bulls youngsters and said: "The senior guys playing against the Cheetahs will really have to prove themselves because some of these youngsters are knocking on that door"
He was basically referring to Serfontein, Arno Botha, Trevor Ismail and even Jurgen Visser who had very good games for the Bulls
http://www.supersport.com/rugby/super-rugby/news/130303/Ralepelle_cited_for_dangerous_contactBulls' hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle has been cited for dangerous contact in Saturday's 36-26 Super Rugby victory over Western Force at Loftus Versveld in Pretoria.
Ralepelle is alleged to have charged into a ruck without using his arms and striking Force winger Alfi Mafi.
On-field officials did not hand out a penalty for the offence, but after reviewing match footage the citing commissioner deemed the incident worthy of a red card.
The judicial officer for the hearing will be Jannie Lubbe SC and he will hear the case at 1530 GMT on Monday.
Lions' Butch James pled guilty to a similar offence in last year's Super Rugby competition and received a four-week suspension.
Bulls hooker Chiliboy Ralepelle was found not guilty by a SANZAR judiciary on Monday after he was cited for allegedly contravening Law 10.4 (h) and 10. 4 (k).
The citing followed an alleged incident in the 11th minute of the Super Rugby match between the Bulls and Force played at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
The citing officer deemed the incident, which was not picked up by the match officials, as meeting the red card threshold for foul play.
Judicial Officer Jannie Lubbe found Ralepelle not guilty after consulting with ex-professional player Shaun Payne, who acts in an advisory role in terms of Sanzar rules.
Ralepelle is free to play in the remainder of the competition.
