And the sharks are one up, here's why, our principals son is in charge or one of the guys involved in the sharks fitness program. So yesterday morning the son walks into the gym, Ruan Pienaar is there. "Why you in the gym? You know you dont have to gym when you are playing a final on saturday?". Pienaar (who is an old boy and knows the fitness guy) replies, "If I know Fourie, he wont be gyming, but at least if I am working out and training I will be one step ahead of him on saturday."

I thought that was pretty cool
