Question:
I have the 60GB promo speedstick = 5GB per month. Say its the 23rd of the month and I have used my monthly 5GB. As a top up I buy 3GB once off bundle and load it. Come the first of the following month, my monthly 5GB is replenished but I still have a balance remaining on the 3GB onceoff bundle.
Which of the following applies?
A) The once off data bundle is "suspended" and any usage is taken from the monthly 5GB and when that is finished, the system switches back to the onceoff bundle
B) Usage is taken from the onceoff data bundle until its finished, and then the monthly 5GB kicks in
I ask because if the answer is A), there is a potential problem in that the onceoff bundles have 30 day validity meaning that if in late December one is bought as a top up, any remaining balance will expire before the remaining balance can top up January usage. This in turn means that its better to buy a top up bundle from Voda as it would expire on the last day of the following month, rather than expiring after 30 days, even though the Voda bundles are more expensive.
