I have a Data SIM on a TopUp. How do I top it up?
On the mobi site I can log in and check my balance but when I click on the "Purchase Bundle" it shows that the login has expired even when it states that it has been sent to me but I do not get it.
Where do I get this "Login" ?
Thanks.

Should you be having troubles with the portal, you may also contact 082111 and request that they load the bundle of your choice. This will then be charged to your account. You may request a once off bundle or a monthly bundle that repeats.

Plot thickens.
Went to an VC shop and explained that I have a Top Up Data Contract but cannot purchase a top up from my website account.
No problem she says. And starts typing on her computer. "That will be R99" I pay in cash and happy to get 250mb.
Get back home and check my account and see that the 250mb has been added.
THEN a little envelope appears on my screen and I click on it. Lo and behold. An SMS from VC that reads:
"You have purchased 250mb and R99 will be debited to your account"
So now I have just paid R99 and at month end I get it deducted from my bank account again.
Geez. I just ported from MTN's probs to VC.
From the frying pan into the fire?

Please PM me the 3G number. I want to see how the bundle was added...via our system or NPPS. If via the system then you should not have paid cash at store as it will be added to your Vodacom account.

*sigh* Some people I just want to hit on the head till they are bewusteloos - refering to certain people working in store....not the client.
