The University also has a bursary booklet. They are normally available at the admin/finance department next to the auditorium (unless it has moved in the last coupld of years)

It might also be available on the website.

Your university should have book with a list of bursaries. Go check out the careers centre equivalent or guidance centre - not sure what the different universities call them.

If you doing your post grad in a couple years time - be sure to also check out the NRF scarce skills bursary. A lot of the time their bursaries are under subscribed

By the way, does anyone know of any scholarships or bursaries available to South Africans studying abroad? I am doing a engineering masters program in Switzerland and am slowly but surely running out of funds. Thanks

Ericsson run a graduate program, maybe phone them and see if they offer bursaries as well.

75% average means UJ is already giving you a decent "bursary" or discount.

If you're looking to secure yourself a job, maybe go through the job sites/news paper looking for companies that are offering junior positions and approach the HR manager/director directly.

I'm a developer and there's no way I'd want to work for any of those cattle farmes already mentioned.

They did give me a discount, its just that it's a very minute one...

I saw Internet Solutions were having a graduate recruitment presentation next week Tuesday, could be worth taking a look maybe :)

OK guys i also need help i would like to apply for a bursary to but I'm in a Private Uni (Monash SA) and i would like to know if these companies offer bursary's to Private Universities?
