Busiest dock ever?

I suppose I'd use the dock more if quicksilver wasn't so convenient.

I only have time machine there so I can easily start a backup when I want one rather than when it wants to run it.
 
I quite like stacks - use it as grid (fan looks grubby) and it works well - also put my utilities on the stacks space on the dock.
Also run the dock in 3D - don't know why people don't like it..:confused:

I'd prefer to be able to disable it on certain folders such as my applications. There are nearly 200 items in that folder and showing just the first 100 or so is, more often than not, useless.

I keep about 10 items in it. About 75% of which I use on at least a weekly basis.
