Job Title: Business Development Executive
Overview of the role:
We have a vacancy for a motivated business development executive to join our Johannesburg branch. The consultant together with the product team will be responsible for business development and new business sales. A good understanding and practical knowledge of, VoIP, LCR and IP-PABX Systems is beneficial to allow you to pick up on possible opportunities with new and existing clients. You must be accustomed to a fast paced, energetic and rewarding environment. This opportunity at a leading VoIP distributor is ideal for a young, passionate and target individual who wants to join a growing team, learn valuable skills and gain access to a diverse network of talented professionals.
Minimum requirements:
• Knowledge of VoIP Industry or IT background
• Technical background would be a plus
• Distribution Knowledge
• Time management, great attitude and target driven
• Client Relationship Building Skills
• Great communication Skills
Key Performance Areas
• Establish fruitful business relationships within the industry that are beneficial to Even Flow in the process of making sales and forging profitable partnerships
• Business development within existing accounts
• Conducting product presentations
• Establishing key decision makers within new and existing accounts
• Dealing and negotiating with key decision makers
• Managing client assessments and needs within company CRM system
• Working with internal sales team to meet sales objectives
• Showcasing new products either via telephone or client facing visits
• Contact new and selected existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Transmit information or documents to customers, where applicable.
