I am currently busy doing a small research project.
I only need the following information for business fiber installations.

Location : Provider : Timeline (How long from signing to active)
eg DBN : Vox : 8 months

Proper FTTx to most addresses take 8-16 weeks(DFA). Areas that have existing fibre networks take 2-4 weeks.

Yeah so this is dependent on the operator in place, most folks would go with a DFA, Neotel or Telkom. But even that has complexities from the fact that you have on-net and off-net locations. If you are referring to an area that has FTTH deployment and your ISP offers business services, that's also a different situation.
