We have an IT company providing us with a firewall but we need two things done which they seem unable to do. They've already taken more then 3 months and we get replies of we working on it.
One of them is to get whatsapp calling to work externally and the second is to allow Cell C's Wifi calling.
I've contacted cell c technical support and they've forwarded me the ports needed to be allowed for access.
The whatsapp calling works internally between phones connected to the wifi network but I have no idea what's needed further.
My question is, is there something more complicated (other than opening ports) required to allow these two things to work?
