My pet peeve - I know the old OLAP tools are old school but at least they could handle ragged hierarchies! All these BI tools are great but you have to jump through hoops for ragged hierarchies. And I really get joy (not) out of smartasses telling me that "we don't need ragged hierarchies because that is old school technology". Aaarrggghhh - ragged hierarchies are valid business requirements!!!
