Hi Guys
I need some assistance with the current access we have at our offices. I recently took over a site and had a look at the current IT expenses.

For Business DSL 1024k Fibre we are paying around R3800.
Then we have a WINET connection that is 1024k international and 3072k Local total cost is around R40 000.

Im sure we can get better rates on the ADSL lines as they are looking into those currently. But the WINET, is that market related? It seems very high to me.

Thanks

Location would determine connectivity options

If possible i'd go for a Wimax+DSL option for failover

And they also offer WiMAX if you're looking for a wireless failover...

What are the Neotel products like, the Fibre and Wimax?

Our primary line is currently the WINET as I understand the Diginet from telkom was giving hassles.

I see we could get 4x 15mbps fibres for what we are paying.
How could someone agree to a R40000 international 1mb wireless line only a year ago, it really seems impossible.

Same reason we cancelled our Diginet lines, ridiculous price for the extra SLA when you can easily have failover services from multiple vendors for cheaper
