Being an Apple guy, I have completely lost touch with the PC world. I have coped at work by using parallels on my MacBook and using windows 10 but its come to the point where I need a full time work laptop.
Ive done some looking around but there are seriously so many options I have no idea where to start. My budget is around 15-20k (lower the better). I didn't realize laptops have become so insanely expensive, every option I find that seems decent is upward of 30k.
What am I looking for:
15" minimum screen
preferably a high resolution screen comparable to a MacBook retina display
4gb ram minimum
256gb SSD
Core i5 or better
Can someone recommend a laptop to me? It would probably be sitting on my desk most of the time so not too fussed about portability in terms of lightness. Id prefer something from the known big brands - Asus, Dell, Hp etc where there is support available.
