I am looking into starting a Business Management course and stumbled onto these guys, BMT College....

Has anyone here used them, or know of someone who studied there, are they any good/credible?
Having attained a IT Techie diploma through CTI eons ago, I know a thing or two about a diploma that don't mean too much, so I am not eager to go through that again.

Alternatively, can anyone recommend a good place to study Business Management?
The only prerequisite is that I would have to do it via correspondence/post/long-distance learning.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanx

I'd look at Unisa for correspondence. I'd be wary of anything that isn't associated with one of the big unis - all of these small colleges...I've literally heard *nothing* but bad stuff about them (and yes that is a vicious generalization).

I assume UNISA would probably be the safest bet to use.
Yip.

I'd be inclined to suggest something project manager oriented though rather than biz. Seems to be a more natural fit for IT guys. Entirely up to your individual circumstance though...

Short Version..............

Haven't worked in the IT industry for over 6 years now, that boat has sailed and hit an iceberg.

I am employed at a company that is co-owned by my father and my brother-in-law.
My dad (who is in charge of the marketing and sales side of our company) will be retiring within the next 3 - 4 years, from where I will pick up the reigns and continue.

Now, doing any business courses is not required or requested from me, but it is something that I would like to do, for myself.
Hence, the reason for me looking for an institution to do a bit of studying.
