Business vs Personal customer

The difference between MTN contracts for Business and Personal customers is enormous - Business contracts are much better value. Is there a catch I'm not seeing?

For business contracts you need to take up accounts in the name of said business.
I would like to know what is the reason for this difference.
Usage by business customers may be higher, but minutes stay minutes and data stays data. Struggling to understand rationale.
