Anyone know where I can source a roll of food grade butcher paper? I'm in CT.

The place we buy fish and chips from when we go to Fish Hoek uses this instead of polystyrene. Perhaps give Fish Hoek Fisheries 0217822314 a call in the morning and ask who supplies them, or ask your local F&C shop. That's assuming they are doing deliveries, otherwise they won't be open.
