This is now the second month that this has happened, in January exactly the same, I try to purchase bandwidth online with my credit card, get to the part for the CC expiry date... nope, their system doesn't have an option for expiry dates beyond 2010!!!

Phoned support, after waiting 10 minutes for a support consultant to actually answer, tried to purchase bandwidth:

"uhhh, sorry, we have a problem, can't do 2011"
When will it be fixed?
"uhhh, sometime next week"
Is your supervisor in a meeting?
"he's on a call"
HIS supervisor?
"in a meeting"
How can I buy bandwidth?
"you can't"
...huh?

UNBELIEVABLE, is there no life after 2010...! Am I the only one with a credit card that expires in 2011? It is ALREADY 2008 after all.

Iburst, I think you're a bunch of monkeys...

{/Rant} ...feel better now

Well - Well - Well - Well

This doenst come as a surprise.

No planning at all form a project management site - wonder what their developers do.

Supervisors would probably give you a run around - my best person to shoot will be their internal systems manager.

LOL, had same problem... Just accepted I live in Africa at present - the penny doesn't drop.

The same company that advertises they will refer you to another service if iBurst isn't the best option for you.

To think they've been running iburst for a few years now and still can't get it right.

Just shows you what a bunch of idiots they are in that company.:rolleyes:
