Buying a 2nd hand PSP

Hey guys... Im wanting to buy myself a second hand PSP but since I've never owned one before I just want to know if there's anything I should look for when buy one
example:

checking if the tray is working
what cables and stuff to get with it
firmware
etc. etc.

I have one lying around that has barely been used, it's the original version though (white), I used it for a month or so, and it has sat in my draw ever since. Have quite a few games as well as all the original memory stick, protective case, screen cloth, usb cable, earphones and arm strap etc. As well a disc carry case that I bought for it. It is in very good condition.

Not sure if your interested, but if you are feel free to pm me and make your best offer, I can also tell you the firmware and games I have for it etc. first, I just don't have it on hand. Can also send you pics if you are serious.
