Buying Apps from international store - pls help

Can anybody tell me how I can go about purchasing an app that is not available in the SA store. I want to download dragon dictation but it is not available in the SA store. Most frustrating. Any help please ??

Edit. Be sure to use a us address when registering your new account.

Some use the Sa embassy address, some use a homeless shelter address. You should find one by googling.

Tried it but did not work. it no longer appears to have a "no payment" option. i tried with my cc details but no luck. I am wanting the app because it allows voice text mails. Anybody perhaps know of another app that allows you to record your sms and send???

Are you sure you chose a free app?
