Buying bandwidth online throwing errors

I have tried for 2 days to buy bandwidth online and it has been throwing errors (I did contact tech support if anyone asks). They took down my cell number and said would call back but never did and I didn't get a reference number for my call.

It's also bad to do this since they allow you to enter your credit card details online, only to show you an automated voucher error which I did not apply for (vouchers).

Also when they provide you with a link to contact them using their web form, they don't have a submit button? Wth!

If they are upgrading the website (which is what the tech consultant said) then they should put an under construction notice. They took my cell number because I wanted to purchase bandwidth from them over the phone and wanted to confirm from accounts dept before going forward. Which is suspicious now that I think about it.

So just an update: I have bought bandwidth using the online account option which required a spending limit to be instated from the Accounts dept side.

The errors I was getting when purchasing online is legitimate. They are looking into it and I wasn't the only customer.
 
When I chose the to buy on account the drop down is empty?
