Hello there guys,

I'd like to buy something from Esquire via their online shop.
For thos of you who have bought via this way, once you've paid for the item, do you have to go and pick it up? or do they deliver?

I'm guessing one must pick it up?

Thanks in advance for any reply!

Have a great day,

You can collect or request delivery for extra

Read the shop reviews first. There have been quite a few complaints that Esquire are refusing to address.

i am all for the low cost and everything but esquire should really stick to being a distributor and letting the reseller provide the service as they seem to be lacking that at the moment.

Port Elizabeth: I use the online system to place orders and pay and have yet to have any problems with this system. I do not use the delivery service.

Hello,

@PsyWulf, thanks for the answer.

@others, thanks for the advice. Yes I am aware of the other thread concerning the hard drive issue. And I think that the problem of not getting the full amount back only applies to the hard drives because of the issues faced by the manufacturers? or is this for other products too, assuming my understanding is way off?

I believe whilst the harddrive issue may be a bit of a loss for some resellers so that they will be able to protect the consumer, they will always make up for their loss via some other means.

Regards,

Today it is hard-drives, tomorrow it could be whatever gives Esquire the greatest profits.

This isn't the first time however. Search the forum, Esquire has many complaints regarding warranty returns, not just hard-drive returns.

When the times are good, you'll probably get your warranty, when the chips are down, your warranty means nothing. You've been warned.
