Windows gift card seem to exist for other markets. But SA? Who knows.

In SA your only bet is by credit card because gift cards aren't available in SA. If its universal and you own a Windows Phone then you can just buy it on your phone through carrier billing and it will show up as owned in the Windows Store.

As M$ won't play ball in this regard, best is to avoid them and buy from GOG, STEAM, PSN, etc.

Just get an Xbox Gift Card. They're available in R100, R300 and R600 denominations, and work exactly the same. Your Microsoft balance carries across all devices and stores (well, from Windows 8.1 upwards).

Microsoft Exclusives are going to be available in the windows store and this probably going to include AAA games also
